• $180 per 55-minute session

* Longer and/or shorter session times can be offered based on need and availability

In-Network Insurance accepted :

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO Plans
• Aetna
• United Healthcare (Optum)
• CIGNA

Other insurance health plans may cover sessions at an "out-of-network" rate. It is helpful to know what your plan will pay for prior to attending our first meeting. Please contact your health insurance company's customer service department to help assist you in determining your benefits. The customer service number is frequently on the back of your insurance card. In this case, you will be responsible for payment "in-full" and then submit your reimbursement claim to your insurance company. I will help you with this process if needed.

Payment:

Cash, check and major credit cards and debit cards are accepted as payment. Payments are expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy:

It is my hope that you will make therapy a priority in your life. Missed therapy appointments without 24-hour notification will result in a charge for the full cost of your session. There may be times when providing 24-hour notice is difficult or impossible and we can discuss your situation should it arise. Appointments may be canceled by email or telephone.
